Venture West Funding Arranges $11.03 Million in Total Loans on Four Los Angeles Apartment Buildings
EL SEGUNDO, CA - Venture West Funding, Inc., a mortgage company headquartered in El Segundo, CA announced it has arranged a total of $11.03 million in financing on a portfolio of four apartment buildings in Los Angeles. Two of the properties are located in Brentwood and were both constructed in the early 1970's, the other two are located in Sherman Oaks and Century City. The borrower, a Northern California based investor, started investing in properties in 1979 and is known for his strong relationships with his tenants.
Matt Douglas of Venture West Funding arranged the financing through Umpqua Bank. The loans have competitive 7-year fixed rates below 4%. According to Mr. Douglas, "Together with Umpqua Bank we were able to satisfy the borrower's objective by providing flexible pre-payment options with 30 year terms."
