The borrower, a Northern California based investor, started investing in properties in 1979 and is known for his strong relationships with his tenants.
Matt Douglas of Venture West Funding arranged the financing through Umpqua Bank. The loans have competitive 7-year fixed rates below 4%. According to Mr. Douglas, "Together with Umpqua Bank we were able to satisfy the borrower's objective by providing flexible pre-payment options with 30 year terms."
