Venture West Funding, Inc., a mortgage company headquartered in El Segundo, CA announced it has arranged loans totaling $11.97 million for the refinance of four apartment buildings located in Los Angeles and Sherman Oaks, CA. The four properties contain 129 units, built between 1963 and 1983, are currently almost 100% occupied. The buildings are well-located, Westside properties in excellent condition. Matt Douglas, principal of Venture West Funding arranged the financing for Green Acres Trust, a Northern California real estate investor, through JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A.
“We were able to fully satisfy the borrower’s objectives by securing low-leverage, 5-year fixed, non-recourse loans with competitive rates between 3.50% and 3.61%,” according to Douglas. “We were also able to close the loans in less than 60 days,” added Douglas.
