Venture West Funding Partners with RE/MAX Commercial Brokerage to Form New Commercial Mortgage Affiliation
El Segundo, Calif.-(BUSINESS WIRE) – July 11, 2006—Venture West Funding, Inc., a full service mortgage brokerage firm headquartered in El Segundo, CA and RE/MAX Commercial Brokerage, a Los Angeles-based real estate brokerage company, have partnered to form Venture West Commercial Mortgage Services, Inc. in West Los Angeles. The new firm will provide dedicated commercial mortgage services to clients of RE/MAX Commercial and its affiliated brokerage companies.
