Venture West Funding Moves Corporate Offices
El Segundo, Calif.-(BUSINESS WIRE) – February 14, 2005--Southern California-based Venture West Funding, Inc. announced it has relocated its corporate headquarters effective today to 2301 Rosecrans Avenue, Suite 3100 in El Segundo, CA. Venture West will roughly double its leased space in moving to The Atrium at Continental Park, a 288,421-sf commercial office complex owned by Continental Development Corporation. Venture West has signed a five-year, four-month lease valued in excess of $2 million.
According to Venture West president Scott Braly, “The move will significantly upgrade the quality and amenity of our office space and will accommodate our planned internal growth and expansion. There are 32 Venture West corporate office employees who have relocated. We also have an option to lease additional space.”
“The headquarters move follows the relocation of our Orange County office in November, 2004 to 2 Park Plaza, Suite 220 in Irvine,” continued Mr. Braly. “That office houses 11 employees. Both moves will allow us to expand our business and penetration of our core market by adding to our team of experienced loan officers.”
The Atrium in El Segundo consists of two 5-story “L” shaped buildings connecting on the 4th and 5th floors. The complex features a water-scaped half-acre central courtyard, expansive glass, terraced balconies, and lobbies of granite and limestone.
